Heading to the finish line with my Ibanez SRMS725 review
Bass Review Approach
Going to record one more section today for the video. It's not a long video and there aren't demos showing various musical styles. I wanted to keep it centered on metal, the audience I think Ibanez was shooting for with the SRMS725.
Here's a snippet from Section#2 where I repeat the main theme from Dream Theater's YTSE JAM.
I also created several graphics to show the different bass configurations and what sims or effects, if any, were used. I didn't want to have full-on performance mode. I want the listener to hear (mostly) the raw sounds of the bass.
Looking forward to getting the video done and updating the article one final time.
