Darkglass Ultimate - Article & Demo (warm-up)

Like most things, it starts with a simple thought: "Man, I can bang this video out in a couple of hours. Maximum!" And then reality shows up. The simple evolves. Grows. Breaks out of its box. Its tendrils go where they want to go, morphing that initial idea into something more time-consuming and more involved. And that's what happened here.
I was only going to demo one of the pedals in the Darkglass Ultimate 2026 update, the Octaver, since it was my first experience with an octave pedal. Figured it would be fun to capture and share that. However, after writing a short piece with it, I started exploring the other pedals. Delay. Chorus. Auto-Wah. Auto-Wah? Fuzz. Fuzz!? That one seems odd given the distortion pedigree of Darkglass products. But, hey, why not?!
Anyway, pedal jumping aside, I plan on publishing a full article and accompanying demo sometime next week. Before then, however, here's a snippet using the following Darkglass Ultimate pedals: Compressor, Auto-Wah, Chorus, and Delay.
